Is there a clever way of leveraging the equity in the Cincinnati properties into the Spanish property?

Linen service?

Fully furnished with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies (like an STR), or do you allow the tenant to purchase their own sheets, towels, etc?

There are some small improvements to be made in the quality of amenities (coffee makers, some TV´s need to be replaced, fresh paint, new linens and some light fixtures and some improvements in the bathrooms) but we have worked this out to roughly $2.8k per door.

In the ad for my STRs, it says "All supplies such as towels, linens, soap, detergent, t.p.

But, a clever tenant that wants to find you WILL FIND YOU if you have any court recorded docs with your personal address.
