FWIW: I only use BP via a laptop so I can't comment on the mobile/ tablet experience. 

Plus you can get on your tablet, another pc or cell phone and get your 10 free again.That being said, if you are going to make a proposal to someone that involves rents I like to bring out rent-o-meter as a strong reference.

What we didn't know is that the existing roofing material was an abestos based clay type shingle (sellers didn't either). 

I only wish there was a Google Docs version as we use a lot of Chromebooks and tablets these days.I know I posted a bunch of programs up there, but our staple is Podio due to its flexibility and customization options.
