For whatever reason, you've chosen to believe your delusion that this is somehow a good deal.The good news for you is that you will get some education from this deal.

I made a big mistake with MOT but I knew it was a gamble and approached it from that aspect.

I will never forget when I asked one guy what happened so that got him in this trouble, and he told me gambling and overspending.Anyway, my point is that if they get the help, it will only delay the inevitable.

Think, analyze and consult with a few other's with experience and then most importantly, ACT.Also, what a great vehicle you have chosen for retirement!

If that means walking with them through a pending closure or giving pointers on whatever niche they've chosen.
