I have listed my house for rent for $2400 trying to get a section 8 tenant because of the guaranteed money from the state but willing to lower that amount if need be.

Just make sure you try to househack in a desirable area where people will pay a high amount per bedroom. 

I didn't get an LLC but got an umbrella policy and talked with my insurance agent about the amount of coverage on the home. 

So for the dollar amount, returns, and additional risk I decided to just focus more on my day job.

That works much better at 50+ unit properties.I have made the decision to invest exclusively in SF homes a long time ago, because it requires the lowest amount of management and provides the highest revenue per unit.

If the borrower defaults, the lender can pursue not only the collateral but also the borrower's other assets and income to recover the outstanding amount.

Their fees are giving me a little pause since they charge a percentage of the amount in the account and additional fees for each transaction.

How come nobody is talking about the amount in question?
