Your mentor should be a friend and someone you trust.You should be able to grow your businesses together.You don't have to join forces either, just have someone to bounce ideas off of when you are having troubles.

Find out when and where and make sure you attend with a nice table of food or rented inflatable bounce house for the kids in the area.  

We will probably see a bounce, if only for technical reasons, followed by a continued downward trend.

They might want to bounce their ideas off of a regular attorney to get a non-biased opinion.

I love this Forum... we have never really had mentors and this is exciting to bounce ideas and give feedback to others that are interested :)

Anyways, I know this is all a lot of a questions and I'm sorry if it seems like I'm bouncing all over the place. 

I pull the probate list daily and bounce it off of my appraisal district to see if the person who passed owned any property. 

Were as west coast local demand is more than enough to buy our standing inventory... inventory right now on MLS is bouncing around 2 to 3 months.
