BOOM!

Air travel is booming with flights all full and airports congested.

Currently FL is a booming state that still has reasonable price points, but will likely have appreciation we are seeing in many other costal states. 

focused on that booming business of hers (hey, and power to her btw), a new real estate venture represents risk that she has no incentive to take on (she can ALREADY put $ to work earning 50%!)

We could have waited and purchased something at a better price, but the 2021 Q1 housing boom tested us with 8 declined offers. 2) You'll spend more on a purchase for yourself than you would on an investment.

I wrote a list of suburbs down and started to research places, but found a thread on here from 4 years ago and several mentioned the boom is gone or tapered off.

The person divorcing wants a lowball appraisal, boom he gets what he wants, and leaves a nice 5 star review.

@Kendall Short there's no doubt that the Kansas City market has been booming but I don't know where they got the appreciation rate.

Lifestyle markets are already seeing a boom that will likely continue.
