It is a shame to see someone scammed on this site.

But yeah 4br+ scares me a little bit, which is a shame because there are some cheap big houses in my market but I just don't think it's worth it

Regardless of the numbers, you have to have actual investors in the first place.Seems that I have answered my own question, it's a shame that there is not a specialized website/better ways to connect investors from big cities to investments in suburban areas. 

The airBNB "host guarantee" is a sham, I've tried making a few claims, even when providing receipts for everything they lowball you like cheap car insurance.

Which is a shame, because they are a really good PM in all other aspects (and I have referred over a dozen other investors to them).So, be honest, be fair and provide quality service and investors will be knocking your door down.
