If they spoke to 1K people and converted 3 leads either the data is terrible, the caller is not good or the script/offer is very bad.

I suspect the jobs market and economic data is going to come to light after the election which will show the economy is not as good as we thought and potentially provide a little more relief on interest rates.

Nah, you could achieve similar returns with honestly the same if not lower risk, just investing in an index fund.
