(Charge a little more for this )Tenants don’t do the math to realize 52 weeks are In a year not 48 and so you’ll get the late payments to stop and another grand or two in your pocket if you play your cards right . that's how they do it in Australia.. and probably other countries rent is paid weekly through ACH..
