I live in Maine where we get 37 million visitors every year with a population of only 1.3 million so summer tourism is the life blood of the state.

There is a strong military economy as well as tourism.

I've had airbnb tenants mention the Minneapolis tourism bureau recommended AirBnb's by lake of the isles so I'm not sure how hard anyone's pushing to get rid of it here.

The West side of town doesn't see much crime and the growth  here is easy to see, especially since the city has begun adding new lanes to roads near the interstate in response to all of the new restaurants and the increased "tourism" from nearby cities.

Foreign investments and tourism pick up when ever the dollar gets weak, for example, during a Crisis.And YET another is that NYC has a large amount of Reputable Universities including New York University and Columbia University.

Our tourism board has done an amazing job bringing in travelers and guests all throughout the year.

Even in the winter (high season), there is no mass tourism there.

The town has good growth with lots of tourism/professional traffic.

I know Las Vegas is making a come-back (to pre-COVID) in tourism however, with the current interest rate, I am concerned that I may not be able to have positive cash flow on the property.
