@Bjorn Ahlblad the unit is above and next to a heated unit...the lowest temperature I see in the forecast for the next 8 days is 17 degrees (this is likely overnight).

I think some of this will rebound especially as the temperature cranks higher.  

Adobe is something that can only be used when temperatures are above freezing so I'd like to have the extra income to support taking the winter off for other ventures.Any added advice and related knowledge will be greatly appreciated!

As far as the temperature.

It is also a good reminder to check the temperature setting of hot water heaters. 

This is in New England what are the temperatures can drop very low during the winter. 

It is crazy efficient at heating but only at moderate temperatures; once you start dropping below freezing you need backup, which in a heat pump is some type of electric coil system (like a baseboard heater), and that is really high electricity use.

When I do go outside, it is beautiful and like many others have noted we have so many different temperatures and different activities.

Dealing with snow and very cold temperatures seems like more overhead that I could avoid with a different location.

The noteworthy detail here is that of course the subcontractors don't want to wait 2 or 3 months before they get paid, so you basically need about the equivalent of one draw in liquid cash on hand to get everyone paid before you can pull from your construction loan and reimburse your working capital.Early in January the concrete had cured just before temperatures started to drop into the teens.
