Used furniture is always a good idea, but you really have to know your area.For example, our home is in rural Idaho on the lake.

I purchased a home in the Los Angeles area of Lake Balboa, which I planed to do a “live-in flip”.

I live next to Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley which are massive lakes in Western Kentucky. 

Usually it would be lake property or a "landlocked" parcel that required easement through another to access public roadways. 

When I was living in a condo back in the day (with beautiful lake views but the building was built like crap) one guy was so annoyed by his neighbor's footsteps/noise that he spent thousands on soundproofing AND IT DIDN'T WORK!

Property is located creeks, lakes, and just 1mile outside of good busy town.

Love the city.I am a NV resident and a summer time Lake O.. just switched for tax year 2018.. 

Lake Tahoe long term or short term?
