I would think look at the summary page which outlines that the title will be provided with the blah blah exceptions: 1. property taxes2. supplemental taxes3. any other city/county bond related payments4. any easements for walkways/electricity lines etc to a public utilitity companyI see a lot of verbiage in those reports which seems boiler plate, like exceptions, deductibles, etc.

A counter that is accompanied with supplemental information (comps, property condition, neighborhood information, etc...) can help.

How about a high steady monthly income stream to supplement their retirement with no cap gains tax and a better rate of return.
