To be fair, judging by the “ask about the guru” posts on here, many people might not realize this.

I realize DoorLoop may not compete with Buildium for you guys who have 100+ doors, but are there any a smaller managers like me out there who have given it a shot?

I realized this pretty early on once I got involved in notes.

I feel stupid for not realizing this in the first place, because if I did the 70% rule correctly, we would have to be *negative* $2,500 in repair costs to make it fit.Am I missing something here?

However, the more we thought about it, the more we realized we do not have the risk tolerance to rent out the illegal basement unit and would rather make it legal.

I just didn't realize how tight!.

I am not implying this is easy, realize this is not easy.   

I realize it's harder to manage, but so far it's been a good experience.
