I spent a year in Fort Sill, and I don't think I could name one redeeming quality about Lawton other than houses are cheap.

Quality of lease and tenant are critical at this point in a market. 

My goal changed from acquiring more inexpensive properties to looking at real estate as a store of wealth - quality over quantity. 

Strategy is long term hold.Question - Apart from getting inspections done by a quality inspections company, what other items do I need to verify or consider as part of due diligence, before closing or in order to decide Go-No-Go?

Giving the recurring issues with labor quality and scarcity, would you say automation tools like construction 3d printing or other tech are worth exploring?

For example, do you have a quality real estate agent that knows that market well?

I can't speak to the location or the type of visitor who might be traveling to your area so I'm addressing the property itself only.

More travelers and RV owners are looking for private, unique camping experiences, and low-density parks with quality amenities are very appealing to this crowd.

It's much easier to rack up  material hours if you are nearby and able to take on some of the timely hands-on work yourself.I imagine that others have tried to do this while OOS investing but I couldn't speak to their success (or lack thereof)
