I am currently going for my masters in nursing, going to have my nurse practitioner license in 5months or so. in my neck of woods we can make halfway decent in my area (75000-150000) but usually 80-120 per year. i love my clinicals and will love this job when i graduate.

What causes people to sell and be motivated is what you look for, or what makes them buy.Foreclosures, loss of job or a promotion, bankruptcies, death, people move into nursing homes, have medical issues, get married, have more kids, kids take off to college, retirement, etc.

Found his mothers name and called her up, house wasn't vacant, she claimed he lived in the basement and was fixing the place up.Lot of times you can find the info for free but you have to have the time.
