Are those engineered wood floors?

Six years ago, I followed my dream job as a video game C++ software engineer to Stockholm, Sweden where I work on AAA games that sell tens of millions of copies.

To be done properly cost segregation must be done by a qualified construction engineer trained in the tax code as it pertains to depreciation.

Looking to do my first BRRR very soon...oh, and I'm also a Professional Engineer and posted in the commercial real estate forum about Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments...so I could help out in that arena if anyone needs it....thanks!

I own the land outright, have paid permit fees, have engineer drawings, etc.

In this time span I am doing flips and saving from my current professional career.In this 1-2 year timeline we would we would meet on a consistent basis and develop a solid plan of action to acquire these syndication deals.At this point I would like to connect with people and see if our interests align and if we could work well together.I currently have interest from several people that have either an extensive finance background or have many properties in their portfolio already.I currently have no deals in my portfolio but what I bring to the table is experience in building websites, marketing (specifically search engine optimization), good financial understanding, and a great ambition to succeed in real estate.If this is something that interests you please message me for more information or to ask any questions. 

Does anyone know a good structural engineer located in the Hartford CT area?

I would strongly recommend that you instead of starting with a foundation company, have a structural engineer come out and take a look at the property to get a feel for exactly what foundation repairs are needed.You can then have foundation companies bid on the engineer's report to resolve the issues to avoid a situation where you are allowing the foundation company to come up with the estimate themselves as I have heard that foundation companies estimates tend to come in all over the place without an engineer's report to work off and limit their repairs.I will PM you the guy that I used for a property I was looking at recently.   

I am currently going to school to become  a mechanical engineer, but I know that real estate is my passion and what I truly want to do.
