RE has earned a bad rap, worse than used car dealers, operators and investors have brought it upon themselves and it all boils down to a bit of disrespect of the industry out of a lack of knowledge, that stemming from those starry eyed groupies being too lazy to learn being overcome by greedy selfishness, in other words, not interested in learning what might be seen as nonproductive aspects of the industry.

It's a business, but there's a difference in a business run by greedy individuals that really don't care if you succeed, and a business run by a guy that will do whatever it takes to make sure you are as prepared as possible to succeed in your new journey.

As a professional trader, I am expecting to have a pretty good salary, so most of the REI business although a joint venture, will be on my fiance's part full-time.

Sorry to be blunt but you sound greedy.

Try and explain that to a jury, how the big, bad greedy landlord did not disclose the problem.

But like every cycle, greed is coming back into the picture and banks are loosening their qualification requirements, so we'll see what happens.

Greedy Bastards Looking to Take Advantage:  These are the contractors who don't really care about doing the right thing and only care that they're still collecting checks, regardless of who they piss off in the process.When dealing with the #1 type of contractor, I find that playing to his conscience tends to be the most effective route.  

I feel that many PM are greedy no offense to anyone but it's just how I feel and many others feel.

Any extra costs each month should just be aborted by that greedy evil landlord making crazy profits in the tenants eyes
