RE has earned a bad rap, worse than used car dealers, operators and investors have brought it upon themselves and it all boils down to a bit of disrespect of the industry out of a lack of knowledge, that stemming from those starry eyed groupies being too lazy to learn being overcome by greedy selfishness, in other words, not interested in learning what might be seen as nonproductive aspects of the industry.

Greedy Bastards Looking to Take Advantage:  These are the contractors who don't really care about doing the right thing and only care that they're still collecting checks, regardless of who they piss off in the process.When dealing with the #1 type of contractor, I find that playing to his conscience tends to be the most effective route.
