I wanted to get dual detectors that have sealed 10 year batteries, and also would love a reasonable price. 

Even if you and the seller agree to dual agency then the agent is only allowed to give you both the same information/comps and can’t help either of you negotiate.

In fact, why not treat dual loan applications with one Lender as a positive, rather than a negative?

I have a couple of concerns- the first of which is that I will not be able to have a dual fuel system for when the temps really drop, so I understand it will draw a lot of electricity at those times.This will also force my tenants to pay their own heat which isn't a game changer- but is not the norm in my community.

I get tired of the gurus selling packages for $5K, $10K, or more for protection plans that are only slightly better than a simple LLC or dual LLC like you outlined.

So one day he sent me an off-market deal (it's in another city 1 hr from his town) and told me it's in a high demand area and this is a great opportunity; however he said the seller is quite firm on the price (he is a dual agent in this deal btw).

@Josh VanAusdale If you're working with an agent, see if he can pull comps for similar properties.There are some people who think high voltage lines are linked to cancer.  

Is it more of a single or dual income no kids type home.
