My wife daughter and I vacationed in Ambergris Caye Spring Break 2021. 

As a general rule in Salt Lake County, the east side is more valuable than the west side with pockets occasionally breaking that rule.  

Start small and work your way up.Be prepared to put down 30/40% of the purchase price right now to have them break even and/or cash flow a bit. 

You could do the pressure test yourself but as mentioned keep the PSI down as air hammer will break pipes.

That means after 88 loans you break even if no one defaults on you and you have 100% success.How lucky do you feel?

I understand about the lunch break.

The biggest issue that came with this method is that it still works great for VRBO, but now after an AirBnb booking I have to ask the guest for their email to get this process started.Zapier is also monitoring for the returned signed RA and that point then sends out all the info the guests needs for their stay.The rest of the email automation is handled by the PMS.My biggest pain, is when I get a difficult guest, or when things break mid stay.

Only a couple dared to chime in and break away from the 'club' which I largely appreciate. 

We are cash flow break-even, but we love the steady equity growth that requires nearly zero bandwidth to self-manage.
