The law requires disabled persons to have a minimum 30-day relationship with their licensed mental health professional (LMHP), who must be certified to practice in California.  

Banks and credit unions can also offer flexibility for investors that engage in strong relationship-building strategies, offering discounts and solid loans in exchange for borrowers willing to use the institution for other purposes (savings accounts, etc.).

I had to learn to establish relationships with people in the real estate investment field prior to purchasing and building.

Or is there no relationship between an investor's experience and the submarket? 

We do live here and self-manage and have a great relationship with our tenants.

I am a Relationship Manager with Cogent Bank in Orlando, FL and we offer solo 401k checking accounts. 

We are pretty solid there as we have been operating 8 years and have good relationships with our vendors and we also have in house employees

Just probably not gonna happen, that relationship is a hard-earned one and tkaes years to develop.Just wanted to let you know.

Most importantly I’d love to build relationships with more people in the community and establish friendships that can last a lifetime.
