Well,  I made an attempt to sale this property subject to my existing mortgage. 

I have documented everything. the repair guys have also documented everything. have made several attempts to schedule appointments to correct the problems.

My husband went down with all documents needed to prove we own it and his 2 cousins just in case.They call the cops before attempting to get in the house and give a heads up of what is about to happened.

Anyone who has ever attempted to convince anyone of anything has run into objections.

I'm always attempting to get loans that are %5 down and Im calculating my tax returns to hit just the right numbers for the purchases, so I guess I am always feeling like my DTI could make or break my loans.

If not, you have a responsibility to attempt to limit your damages, which means showing the place right away.

Even if we can't do the repair immediately (such issues often happen on a weekend) we show up,  check out the situation, attempt to look wise and offer whatever solution we can (i.e., if the air is not working in the middle of summer we keep extra window shakers on hand to haul over and place in bedroom windows). 

The brother who lives on the property was boarding it up yesterday in an attempt to keep her out, but chances are good that won't work and she'll get back in.3.
