You might get the warning that you will never be able to get a traditional loan, which is not true.

Now that the federal government is involved (see FHFA Issues Warning on Super Priority Liens), this ruling won't last long - as federal legislation is adopted to protect the interests of quasi-governmental agencies like FNMA and Freddie Mac.  

Manny BPs have warned about the risk associated with it on this post and they are absolutely correct .

(These are pretty obvious lessons that have been repeated over and over again on BP, but I figure one more time probably can't hurt.)These particular tenants gave off warning signs from the beginning.

But certainly echoes all of the warnings about doing your due dilegence when buying real estate.....or wheelestate.

Without wanting to get off Denises topic it is fascinating that this issue, whilst not conclusively "proven" are decades of studies is still something almost every government in the world warns people about.

There is an issue with vulture operators and the city will be putting out the word of warnings working with contractors from out of the area who are unknown.

You've been warned.

The only real estate I currently own are our houses, all 100% paid, and the building in Seattle where the offices of the software company I run is located, again 100% paid for.Given what I firmly believe is coming, those using leverage need to be keenly aware of its risks and the warning signs indicating the need to reduce that leverage.
