If you had to line-up between property types for the greatest benefit for rent income flow and appreciation value how would you line-up from the best to the least-    SFH/ Multi-family/apartments/Condos/Mobile homes/Vacation homes/ Air BnB-  Thanks

I had not considered Air BNB but that is definitely an option, I have found one prop management company that charges 5-7% depending on services offered.

All other rooms and mold types were non-detect or below outside air levels. 

My wife and I met while in the Air Force. 

However, I have found that the exported calendar blocks out ALL future dates not already booked on my other (Air BNB) calendar--even with no VRBO bookings.

I plan on getting out of the Air Force after the expiration of my contract in 2020 and pursuing a job in Portland, while doing real estate on the side.

If they were totally rehabbed, there could be things failing that you don't see (i.e. hot water heater, air conditioning unit, roof, etc.).

@Ben NarroThis is a great idea Ben, I am active Duty Air Force and this would have been very useful my last couple moves.

There is a monthly meeting in Bel Air every month and you should check it out as I believe it will be helpful to you.  

Should I contact the mortgage company and let them know I'll be transferring the property or would that be more like waving a red-flag in the air?
