That does not mean they write a check to get the "logo" to put on their website and look good (I have seen this a lot in my area sadly). 

I regret writing this bad review, BUT I HAVE TO.

@Kong Yong Get in your car, drive down every street in your target market, write down the address of the houses that look like they are in bad shape, get on property records and finding the mailing address of the owner, mail them....

The reality is the opposite - if it's not in writing then the PMC doesn't have to provide the service or can charge extra for it!

Write yourself a check made out to 'cash' and deposit it for the funds needed.Also, you may want to check if you need to KEEP 150% of the funds needed in escrow with the town.

The way you are writing, I am getting the impression that one or more close relatives could have standing, but might not want to get involved that way and you do not have standing, but are far more passionate.

You could also shop all your coverage to see who will write the policies with a $5mm umbrella.2.

Now I could write a whole book on the differences in neighborhoods of Philadelphia but the suburbs are as hot of a market as ever right now.
