I'm about to try mixing a gallon of kilz original primer with a gallon of oil-based rustoleum gloss yellow paint to see if I get 1 coat coverage for 20/gal.  

I'd go for something VERY bright, clean, and cheery... something in the family of deep yellow/gold/orange-ISH, with a clear white trim.

Last week I started new a new campaign with yellow letters and bandit signs.

I was thinking of doing a yellow letter campaign locally (Edmonton) but there is no service like listsource here, so am wondering I would get a mailing list here.

I've used wholesalers, MLS, yellow letters, referrals, agents, and auctions.

There is no way you should think that interior painting should cost this much whoever told you this ask them to explain why.Concerning other aspects of your rehab a good idea would be to look on sites such as craigslist, kudzu and others to look for qualified contractors you will find that most of these guys are just as good or better than the big boys but dont have the funds to advertise in the yellow pages.

As many know, tar from tobacco smoke tends to peak through after several weeks/months and your white's start to yellow.
