I've been considering having a website built that would allow people to input their home information, along with pictures and all necessary information to allow me to make a quick offer over the Internet and use search engine optimization to direct traffic..

Land is limited, traffic is horrible and people work long hours. 

I realize that, at least in some ways, it may be smarter to wait a few years and just focus on learning, but to that i have two responses. 1) I am an impatient, impetuous teenager.

Any chance we might be able to swap venues. and those of us that live way south of town don't have to go to the north.. side and fight that traffic on 5 north. ?

Using these methods, we still have gotten a ton of foot traffic at our rental open houses.

While I usually try to list such properties to attract maximum traffic and price …I think contract with assignment would not be a bad idea.

However, they usually want the P&Z office to sign off as board members aren't usually zoning experts but elected or appointed, so it's political.Wall it up, put double doors in some low traffic area, like those used in motel suites between rooms, lock them, if neighbors want to chat the can open them, if not they can keep them locked on their side.

=)Training camp is definitely an event... many out of towners, traffic being redirected, etc.

I hope this is not too vague but here are the details.It is a parcel of raw land, zoned highway commercial, in a high traffic area.
