Having a solid team around you like agent, lender etc.

Our team is built to work with investors and we have the resources to make the processes as painless as possible. 

Get a great team in place. 

I know it depends on the policy, but the house is completely destroyed and cannot be sold, ive lost lots of money already and this is affecting my mental health.
