Hello Kim,I wrote this in another thread but I really like Google Voice, it's free, you can set up your message with your business name etc and the calls get forwarded to your cell phone and even transcribed to text.I agree with the advice given.

I feel I have the right to voice my concerns.

I would recommend using a google voice number since they are free and very hard to track back to you ( less worries of getting a fine).
