Ask them if they would be willing to sell quick for cash at a discount or if they are open to a lease option (rent to own).2) Get a subscription to Foreclosure Radar and doorknock all the Pre-Foreclosures in your area. 3) Start building relationships with agents in the area you want to work in and see if they have any houses they can't sell, expired listings, or just old, beaten up, ugly houses that nobody wants4) Find somebody with a lot of money and no time who is willing to fund your marketing campaign and split the deals with them.5) Bandit sign are a cheap way to advertise your business and generate leadsThese are just a few ideas among many.

It is a monthly subscription with no commitment and up to 5000 names for $40 bucks.That is my understanding, you will have to do your own due diligence.

@Lily Boudon My advice is, after you sign up for basic webpage subscription, once you could afford seo, build a website. remember it takes 6-12 months before you get 1st, if you get 1st rank, needs to get updates every now and then, but when in marketing, it should be worth it.this is not an expert's opinion, but i have had an outsource website company before.
