The part where I am struggling with is if I keep my house, as well as buy a new one, my savings is basically wiped out.

I'm struggling to find a company that's licensed in Minneapolis that sees the return on giving fair pricing.  

BANKOwe were struggling in our little lending company 4 out of 5 of my banks called my Lines of credit.. when non of them were in trouble.. just would not renew had to pay back close to 20 million.. which basically put us from a 30 man/women company living life large.. to my old partner and 2 of the last remaining staff to run the company at a shell of what it was and I moved on to other things.. as that company did not have enough capital to earn enough money to pay me LOL.. etc. 

Being that we are a new group and somewhat struggling with attendance we have tried to switch up the days that we have it to see what works for the most people.

I'm struggling to narrow in on a city to invest.

I am struggling to figure out how to find deals on my own.

Our biggest struggle is finding a handyman who is flexible enough to respond quickly to issues since we aren't throwing a lot of work their way. 

Without knowing any of the particular numbers of your deal, it sounds like you may have paid too much if you are struggling to break even because of a tax assessment.

I wish the BRRRR calculator had more options for private/hard money financing options, as I'm struggling there.Any input is appreciated!
