The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat." 

------We literally believe that we are the best property management company in the country and even though there are no awards for it, our whole team strives for just that each day.  

I am trying to strive for a balance between "profits" and "peace of mind".

Everywhere else we strive to use replaceable bulbs.

It simply helped me not be so shy (I joined a fraternity and the one nice thing about that, aside from becoming less shy, was that a fraternity is a great microcosm of how life works and the B.S. social structure of society, which was a great lesson to learn young as you quickly learn that that popularity contest most people strive for is both an illusion and a waste of time and money).My nephew is 24 and has owned a house a few years (he worked and went to college later - he's still attending though he works a full work week).

It's not specifically a real estate book, but it deals with the mindset of achieving big goals, and it offers real-life example after real-life example of how people accomplished great things.That book is more responsible for my accomplishments than any other book I've read, and it helps me to both be patient when I realize I'm not as far down the path as I wish I were, and strive for more because I know I haven't achieved my goals yet.

Our communities deserve to ignore the riff-raff who know only their methods and strive to drown out the calm voices in the room calling for cooperation; we MUST strive to approach one another with respect and an open-mind into the evolving nature of our industry. 

Workers from around and outside the area strive to work for the higher wages and better quality of life offered, an influx of workers move toward the city.

It's a goal I'd still like to strive for at some point though.

Do this several times in a row and your whole family, and their neighbors, will be banging down your door to invest.Make sure you are always striving towards a win/win situation for everyone in the deal.
