Everyone does that a little when starting out but statically speaking spreading effort into multiple markets is not the best use of your time.

Are they going to start paying down that credit card debt, turn over a new leaf, and avoid bankruptcy for the next decade? 

Starting in real estate is exciting but comes with its own set of challenges.

Hiring someone to do the work will likely cost too much (I would charge a small fortune, it's an incredible amount of work) and doing things as cheaply as possible will bite you in the *** later when you start having issues with your own shoddy work and/or materials.

To give a little more detail, these houses are in 2 rows, 4 on each side, so the line starts at the public street line, does a U-turn at the end houses then back out to the street.

I started my Career in Lake County Ca. and half that county burned down over the last 10 years.. probably 2k homes got destroyed so not as epic as say the fires in Napa and Sonoma. 

I’ve heard so many inspiring stories about members who started with nothing and now own multiple properties by taking a chance.

We are just starting to research and plan for a move out to the southeast somewhere, still in early planning phase.
