There are people looking to invest, people looking for investors, people looking to learn, vendors including lenders, speakers on various topics, etc.

But it's actually the opposite.You're offering speakers an opportunity to use your platform to grow their business by providing value to others.

Both groups typically have regular guest speakers addressing various real estate topics. 

Are they actually a valuable networking piece or is it more speaker oriented with a presentation? 

Our next meeting will be Tuesday the 24th and we have a great guest speaker lined up for this month’s event.
