I don't think there are many people doing that well on these now as there aren't as many options out there.

However, we allow them to bring their own policy too.You should consider researching other options and see if there's someone else who can handle the PM. 

To keep it short and sweet, depending on your deal you should have plenty of options. 

If your household income is more than 5 times monthly rent, a guarantor may be an option in lieu of a sufficient credit score.

Since I am having my prospective tenants cover the cost I would prefer to have the lowest cost option that gives you the most bang for your buck, but at the same time I want to be sure that what I am paying for is reliable.
