Pot is *usually* not as bad as cigarettes because pot is not smoked as often as cigarettes, i.e. someone may smoke a joint or two and that's the sum of it, whereas smokers will often go through a couple of packs per day, and if there's multiple people they will each have their own cigarettes.

The kids all played well together, we had a bit of an early egg hunt, and the food was fantastic.I cooked up some of the fish we caught last year in Michigan, grilled a bunch of veggies including prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, delighted in corn pudding, and finished off with a plethora of desserts.And the company was great.

But, for some reason, buyers aren't very willing to switch lenders these days (don't know why things changed).But, I still either require the buyer to get pre-qualified with my lender, and I also grill their lender.

The house was full of smokers and people with anger management issues (lots of holes in the walls) I imagine the smell is in the ceiling as well.

Have you considered adding something to make it a little more "sexy" like mounting a flat screen TV to include with the unit, including an outdoor grill, or adding black-out curtains in the bedrooms?
