I have to scrub listings and know what my clients are looking for.  

I scrub the list to remove things like properties with a mortgage, duplicates, etc. and spend a tremendous amount of time on pricing, because although these offers may be a lot less than retail, they are not out of the question.

This is an awesome community that I would love your help to see if I scrubbed the information correctly.

Scrub it really well and see how things look. 

Their wives routinely post pics of their well-scrubbed, well-turned-out kids on Facebook, Instagram shots of their youngest babies, all to cooing approving comments from their moms...and I can't help but think the wives are obviously living their middle-class dreams with the right mule plowing away in the background to fund it all. 

If I cleaned the apts...I mean really cleaned them...got down on my hands and knees and scrubbed the toilet bases for example....I wouldn’t want 100 units.

:In older structures originally painted with oil-based paint, when you put too much concentrated TSP on your walls and scrub it in with a sponge mop, multiple layers of latex paint go soft and start peeling right off down to the oil-based paint.

You should have a lot of data for them to scrub and call, they should be able to make notes stating follow up dates, wether the lead is cold or warm.

They will make you the most profit.  10 acres with 1970 house.  5 acres with cattails. 10 acres with hill. 60 acres with ditches, scrub trees, etc.

This type of service with a power scrub and scope is usually $350-400, but emergency, after-hour rates are double.
