You could either refinance your loan at that time to a Conventional loan to restore your VA entitlement for another property wherever you move to next, or without refinancing you will still have bonus entitlement to buy another property.

get new cabinets and save some time,, ikea, or pre-made at homedepot or lowes it will be worth it just getting new vs trying to restore or repair...yo will save more in the long run buying new ones..

@Scott Mac I have a lot of years in the real estate investing world, but my day job is restoration...So my advice would be to have an upfront conversation with one of your local restoration companies (not the national green truck guys) ahead of time.
