My personal soapbox statement - Airbnb is an abusive spouse that slowly people are waking up to realize they are in a controling abusive relationship and they start to develop an escape plan (more platforms/direct website) so they are no longer relying on Airbnb.

As you build up equity or cash you can start to grow into mobile home parks, SFH, fix flip, MFH, land development,’etc.  

Their occupancy was limited to mostly weekends, but I think I can develop that more and recoup a lot of unused days.

I could be wrong there, but regardless I know developer pain when hands are tied.

Potential outcomes include develop and hold/rent, lease to developer, and joint venture.

I see a number of economic development and community vitality initiatives initiated circa 2020, including a community master plan, the development of the MetroHealth complex and associated green space, the Community Housing Plan 2030, 25Connects, Mayor Frank Jackson's Neighborhood Transformation Initiative, and others.
