Be sure it has a bathroom (or two), a kitchenette (Sink, refrigerator and micro but no built in stove), and be sure to include flexible sleeping area (rooms) with sliding doors or curtains for openness or for privacy. 

No because they'll feel like you invaded their privacy most people don't know the extent of publicly available information.

That way neither of us are paying full price for rent, and we still get to keep our privacy. 

@Brian Van PeltThose who had cryptocurrency transactions and included them on their returns have nothing to worry about.The issue is that cryptocurrency is not considered a security currently in the eyes of the Treasury and Service. 

You can also wrap it up easily into future estate planning and introduce more privacy into your portfolio with the Land Trust, so they are quite functional.Hope this helps!

Hey @Eric Wills, the MREI has been a great resource for me so far however I plan to branch out to the REIA of Oakland County as I've heard they're more education focussed versus having the conflict of being a for profit business.

If you do chain link, you can add privacy screening to those.

Turns off some people who like privacy.
