I enjoyed the hard labor and comradery that I missed from my Navy days working in engineering.My question is, how do I go about getting more experience on paper without having to commit to an employer/contractor for a long-term position? 

The VA really doesn't like second-position loans.

I have spoken with dozens of CPAs that understand the ruling in the passive loss limitations as @Brandon Hall explains it (tagging him in case he wants to defend his position), and very few that don't view it that way.

So, a value like "-4" means the guest shortened their stay by four nights, and a positive value like "30" indicates an extension of the stay by 30 nights.As for the "nights" column, it usually shows the final total number of nights after any adjustments have been made.

If it continues to perform this well we don't see the need to hire an appointment setter... saves a ton of headache as the position is definitely high turnover.Do y'all think a mortgage brokerage, hard money lender, or wholesaling company could benefit from a system like this?
