The things that give me pause are how small the kitchen is and how small the one single bathroom is.

During the past 4-5 years many of the smaller Oregon Coastal towns, cities and counties have implemented either moratoriums (pauses) on new permit issuances or a cap on the number of vacation rentals permitted in a particular area.

They have a ton of options for stopping/pausing/postponing the foreclosure and selling is the last thing they want to do.

If a buyer pauses and doesn't chase the deal, it's opens up the potential for a deal to chase the buyer.

It seems I could get a far better return in numerous other markets, but I want to keep getting others' thoughts before I make any moves.A good counter-argument to selling is SATX's explosive growth, which certainly gives me pause.

If cash flow is important, or the lack of gives you pause than it doesn't match your goals, which at the end of the day is main thing you should be looking for.
