Hi everybody, I recently found a tri Plex for sale through my realtor Starlight, who works at Oak Ridge Realty.

Now that I’m closer to the Oak Creek, Wi coal plant, the winds coming out of the north bring twice the soot.  

I personally love Pale Oak.

"Pay rent", "chip in" or "share expenses"?

@Khouri RiceHey I'm a contractor in north prairie wi we have customers in oak grove and Watertown so we do travel.

Minor damage like chips and dings are easily fixed with a little putty and touch-up paint.I'd say pick a neutral color that looks good in the space and keep some extra paint on the side for whenever you turn the property over.

just close on my second property I’m currently reading “ how to invest in real estate …” if anyone can chip in a little knowledge on what should I do as a extremely newbie into the real estate world of all ears. 

However I think buying Bay Area RE is like buying stock of a blue chip company which exhibits high growth.
