But, about now, this guy has to be feeling that there are.It might be possible to exclude large tenants, if hallways and doors prevent easy passage due to being too narrow (in an old house, for example).

I like it because I am able to search based on my desired zip code then narrow down the search by entering in specific criteria such as bedroom count, equity %, median price range, etc.
