We filed a claim prior to July 1st, 2019 but fear that we will recover very little of the investment money due to: legal fees, court battles, cost for maintaining the properties prior to sale, and the fact that the total value of the properties is estimated at 60% of the total amount people invested in the ponzi scheme.

So, labor either is 1) under the table, which I'm opposed to on fear of getting caught plus the bookkeeping sucks, 2) me do a full payroll, which is do-able, but not cheap with workmans comp insurance, and I have more than enough to do already, or 3) put them through an employee leasing, which is easy but costs 70% over base wage, so not cheap.
