My house on slab is in a nice middle income area with expensive fishing boats and RVs in the concrete driveways, yet 2 comps were on another area with block homes, hoopties in dirt driveways, and 2 of the comps even sat next to trashy convenience stores.

Most of those investors were seasoned and middle aged.

The reality is, traditional forums and generic social media groups, like those on Facebook, have become increasingly cumbersome and less aligned with the rapid pace of today’s real estate market.Forums, while rich in information, often present challenges in navigation and timeliness.

There is no guarantee that prices will go up or down...and you can be almost sure if the Fed lowers interest rates in the middle of this year, prices will go up.

If you sell for $925k (the middle of your 2 estimates).

.- Extend bathroom into middle bedroom, extending wall from middle bedroom closet over to center wall, squaring off the middle bedroom.- Tile bathroom with different, likely cream or light gray colored tile.

@Barbara Rivera I am an investor and realtor in Nashville / middle TN.

I will take those that project 8-10% all day (as some say the boring investments / those that hit singles and doubles).The analogy when investing in real estate (VC type investments are very different), is I will stay at 65 MPH in the middle lane with my investments, as those that travel in the left hand lane at 75 MPH at times go faster then go slower, and at the end of the day they may get there a little faster, but it typically is not very noticeable to the person in the middle lane (and sometimes they do not get there faster).

While it can happen there have been times where we have barely kept pace with the overall national trends on appreciation. 

Thats not bad at all, my only concern is they move at a snails pace lol.
