I see it also with our single family rental properties, sometimes we refi a package and they are all finished to the same standard, they are very similar, sometimes on the same street. 

I would go to $1,050 in year 1 and $1,250 in year 2 (or something similar) and provide ample notice.

Maybe you could take a page out of that book, but then again you are probably similar to him and couldn't relate.

And if something similar happens to my properties, I would hope for the same.  

Cost wise they are all very comparable, maybe $5 difference per unit per month and in exchange you may have a little more or less features.They all have similar features (comparing the pro version).
