On the other hand, if you just looking for syndicators to partner with and learn alongside them on a live deal, then you just need to network like crazy to find active syndicators in the Texas market of interest to you.

Syndications are great for passive and as long as you have vetted the sponsor, investing alongside a professional.I’ve never invested in a turnkey, but have always been suspect on whether it pencils compared to other deals already available in the marketplace.

In my area manufactured homes that have been moved more than the initial time from the lot are (or can be) significantly more expensive to insure (but it's usully always still do-able), and there can be additional unforeseen hiccups.
