With national headlines as a destination city, state capitol, strong employment etc. etc. and gorgeous builds and renovations going on in these neighborhoods I predict 2016 will be a strong year. 

A previous flipper started work on this house (can't remember why he lost it) so a lot has already been done (bathroom is gorgeous), just not the kitchen or basement, and then it simply needs some paint and some minimal landscaping, that is if our contractor does not find anything amiss upon inspection.

So we did "his and hers" duplexes, and she painted hers with pink trim. :)The cap also does not apply to a primary residence.

The only problem, as you can see from the pictures, the building itself is a horrible pink with an ugly design.

Some of the homes are gorgeous, and cheaper than Alhambra, San Gabriel and of course South Pas. 

Parts of Beaver Hills are gorgeous.
