However, I'm not sure you can ever totally excuse yourself from the requirements of agents to serve the consumer's best interest.If I'm an agent and buy a property well below market and then immediately re-sell it for more, the seller might see that and cry foul.

I charge higher prices for animals that are higher risk.Cats are small and won't cause much physical damage, but the odor can be very problematic.

Also dogs are pretty good about only going outside and rarely have an accident indoors, but cat's will pee on anything and cat pee has so much stronger odor.

She also said that it will seal in any pet odors we aren't able to remove from washing.However, others have said it's not worth the expense, and if tenants decide to paint the wall (without permission), we will have to incur the cost to re-paint with the same expensive oil-based paint.
